CUSTOMER CONCERNS

Put the issue against the right record.

Effective: October 3, 2026

The public complaint form has been retired so a complaint does not create another copy of customer information in a separate website form system.

How to submit a concern

Email GS&D with your name/business, the service or asset involved, approximate date, payment or service reference if available, what happened, and the resolution you are requesting.

Email a customer concern

What happens next

GS&D reviews the concern against available authorization, payment, communications and service records. Additional information may be requested when needed to identify the correct transaction or issue.

Privacy or accessibility

Use the same contact for a privacy or accessibility concern and identify that subject in the message. Do not email passwords or full financial-account credentials.

No new authorization

A complaint does not authorize additional work, charges or changes to an existing scope.
