Information we may collect
Information you choose to provide may include your name or business name, email address, phone number, general service location, vehicle/equipment/system information, problem descriptions, photographs, videos, diagnostic codes, measurements, invoices, payment references, and communications with GS&D. Payment providers process payment-card or account information under their own services; GS&D does not ask customers to email passwords, full payment credentials, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to requests, establish and perform agreed services, match payment to work, maintain business and proof records, prevent fraud or misuse, resolve complaints, and comply with applicable law. We limit collection to information reasonably related to those purposes.
Service providers
GS&D may use service providers for website hosting, email, payment processing, storage, security, and business operations. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed for the service being used and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. GS&D does not represent that ordinary email is a secure channel for highly sensitive information.
Retention and security
GS&D retains records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, proof, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information GS&D maintains about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing gsdtexas.com@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request. Applicable law may permit or require retention of certain records.
Children
GS&D's commercial diagnostic and field services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's sensitive personal information through the website or customer intake.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date. This notice describes GS&D's public-facing data practices; it does not disclose private security controls, proprietary diagnostic methods, internal architecture, or protected operational records.
