Field-service process

1. Email the asset/equipment, general location, problem, what changed, and what has already been tried.
2. GS&D confirms whether the request is in the service area and defines the service scope, price, timing, travel/parts assumptions, and any required service block.
3. You approve the written scope and applicable service terms.
4. Payment is matched to that approved scope before paid work begins.

Service area

Kendall County and surrounding Texas Hill Country. Kerr County is excluded from field-service routing. Travel and availability depend on the accepted scope.

Before authorizing work

Review the service terms and payment/refund policy. Parts, materials, unusual travel, subcontractors, permits and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in the written scope.
