Website purpose

This website describes GS&D services, service areas, customer policies and approved ways to contact or pay GS&D. Website content is general information unless it is part of a specifically purchased service or accepted written scope.

No automatic service relationship

Browsing the website or sending an inquiry does not by itself create an agreement for GS&D to perform work. A service relationship begins only when the applicable service or written scope, authorization and payment requirements are satisfied.

Customer submissions

Do not send passwords, full financial-account credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information. Customers are responsible for having lawful authority to provide asset, property and supporting information submitted for service.

Intellectual property and private systems

The public website may be used to evaluate and purchase GS&D services. Publication of customer-facing information does not grant a license to private software, source code, diagnostic methods, internal records, security controls, prompts, routing logic or other nonpublic GS&D systems.

Third-party services

Links to payment, email or other third-party services are provided for customer convenience. Those services operate under their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

Applicable service terms

Purchased work is additionally governed by the service terms, payment/refund policy, and any accepted written scope. Nothing on this website excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
