SERVICE TERMS
Customer service terms covering GS&D online diagnostic products, field-service requests, scope approval, payment and additional work.
Online Services
- $25 Open a Gauge File: intake/file creation; no diagnosis included.
- $250 Gauge Diagnostic Direction: paid issue assessment and bounded diagnostic direction.
- $2,500 Fleet / Systems Control: scoped systems or fleet engagement.
Field Service
Field work is separately scoped and authorized. Public field routing is for Kendall County and surrounding Texas Hill Country, with Kerr County excluded from field-service routing.
Approval Required
No repair, replacement, fabrication, additional labor, expanded diagnosis, or other added work is authorized unless GS&D and the customer agree to the defined scope.
Additional Costs
Parts, materials, travel beyond an agreed area, subcontractors, taxes, platform charges, permits, and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in the accepted scope.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate facts, lawful authority, reasonable access, known hazards, prior work, prior attempts, available proof, and a person authorized to approve price and scope.
Proof / Closeout
GS&D may maintain records of intake, authorization, payment, findings, customer communications, work performed, and closeout information tied to the accepted service.
